The core of the door leaf is a high-density rock wool of 150 kg/m³, reinforced with a frame of galvanized sheet of 1,5 and 3 mm thickness and above this a decorative sheet of 0,8 mm thickness is fitted. The finishing can be painted or low flame spread PVC film. Around the leaf, a stainless-steel edge trim is assembled. The total thickness of the door is 54 mm.
The frame is a 'Z' shaped 3 mm steel sheet, and can be finished in stainless steel or lacquered.
According to leaf size, the door can have three or four NAVALIBER L-shaped hinges, made of stainless steel as well as the rest of the hardware (handles, locks, escutcheons...)
